Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use RoomStack, including the Studio, Editor, Library, batch tools, furniture references, API, subscriptions, and credit packs.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the users invited to your workspace, the permissions assigned to them, and activity performed through your account, API keys, or team members. Login and account identity are handled through Clerk.
Customer content
You keep your rights to room photos, furniture references, prompts, folders, ratings, and other content you upload. You grant RoomStack the permission needed to host, process, transform, display, and deliver that content so we can provide the service.
Content permissions
You must only upload images, furniture references, floor plans, and brand material that you own, are licensed to use, or otherwise have permission to process. You are responsible for ensuring that photos used in listings, campaigns, or API workflows are lawful and accurate.
Generated images
AI-generated images may contain visual mistakes, unrealistic details, or furniture and room interpretations that need review. You are responsible for checking outputs before publishing them and for making sure generated images do not mislead buyers, tenants, partners, or platforms.
Acceptable use
You may not use RoomStack to infringe rights, create illegal or discriminatory content, misrepresent a property, upload sensitive personal data without a lawful basis, attack the service, bypass limits, or resell access in a way that conflicts with these terms.
Subscriptions, credits, and billing
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, invoices, and billing portal access. Credits may be consumed by generation, editing, larger image sizes, wider framing, batch creation, or API usage.

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund when both conditions are met: you are still in your first subscription period for the relevant plan, meaning the subscription has not renewed, and you have used no more than 20% of the credits included in that plan. The guarantee does not cover abuse, fraudulent use, chargeback manipulation, custom enterprise work, credit packs, or usage above the 20% threshold.
API access
API users are responsible for protecting API keys, setting internal access controls, monitoring usage, and ensuring generated content is used according to applicable laws, platform policies, and customer agreements. We may rate-limit or suspend API access to protect the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep RoomStack reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider incidents, security events, or infrastructure issues. We may update features, pricing, limits, and these terms as the product evolves.
Liability
RoomStack is provided for business use as an AI-assisted creative and marketing workflow. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, listing performance, third-party provider outages, or customer publication decisions based on generated images.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Danish law unless mandatory consumer or local business rules say otherwise. RoomStack operates from Kappavej 24, 9000 Aalborg, Denmark. Use the contact form for legal, billing, refund, or product questions.
